Johor serviced apartment projects halted due to oversupply
Due to the high number of service apartment developments in Johor, especially luxury apartment in Iskandar, the state government has announced that it will postpone approvals for projects in order to counter oversupply and allow for guidelines to be drafted to address the issue. Kimlun Corp Bhd has signed an agreement to purchase 140.8 acres of land worth RM 28.3mil in Kota Tinggi, and plans to develop it into a residential property project.
