Listing your Malaysia property for sale, rent, or auction in Estate123.my is FREE! Just register an account, fill in your details in the Dashboard (as Agent or normal member), and you can start listing your property!
How can I search for properties in estate123 ?
To search for properties on Estate123.my, go to the Estate123.my main page and use the search bar to enter your search criteria, including property type and location/project name. You can also use the advanced search function to refine your search further.
Can I get support if I have technical issues with estate123 ?

How do I sign up for an account in estate123 ?
To sign up for an account in Estate123.my, go to www.estate123.my and click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and password. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to verify and activate your account.
How do I list my properties on estate123 ?
Log in to your Estate123 account, go to My Account > Property Listings > + New Posting. Fill in the details of the property, including its location, price, features, and any other information about the property. You can also upload photos and videos of the property to make the listing more attractive to potential buyers. Click on Submit, and you’re done!
Can I edit or delete my property listings on estate123 ?
Yes, you can edit or delete your property listings on Estate123.my. To edit or delete a listing, go to My Account > Property Listings and click on the arrow icon at the end of your chosen listing. A menu will appear and you may choose to Edit your listing or Delete Post.
Why is my property listing still pending approval ?
As we are a FREE property listing portal, we have quite a number of listing submissions each day. Don’t worry! Your listing will be reviewed and approved/rejected within 2-3 business days.
Why is my property listing Rejected?
The most common reason(s) your listing submission was rejected is likely due to the following:
1. Title is too long or contains too many non-relevant keywords
2. Duplicate(s) of other postings
3. Incorrect or incomplete property details
4. Marked as spam
