The 11th Malaysia Plan (11MP) 2016-2020 that was tabled by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak at Parliament yesterday is a guide for Malaysia towards achieving developed nation status, in line with Vision 2020. The theme of “Growth Centred on the People” focuses on increasing the household income of those in the bottom 40% (B40) towards a middle-income society, strengthening of human capital via education and training, and enhancing Bumiputera Economic Community opportunities.
